Scholarship for African-American, incoming freshmen or transfer students attending Minnesota State University Moorhead full-time. Applicants must rank high in academic standing and accomplishments. Submit academic transcripts, an essay, and two letters of recommendation with application packet. Due date and number of awards varies. Renewable; maintain 3.0 GPA.
