For all majors. Must have 75% of your degree or certificate program complete. Must be no more than 18 credits from completion (1 academic year or 3 consecutive terms) minimum GPA 1.9. Must demonstrate financial need by completing a FAFSA. Established by Dr. Rolando Garcia and family.
